Order Inspection, Return & Exchange Terms
✔️ Order inspection is available before payment
✔️ In case of a manufacturing defect or item mismatch, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery
✔️ The item must be unused and in its original condition
❌ Returns are not accepted in cases of misuse or damage caused by improper handling
📦 Shipping fees are covered by:
- The customer in case of exchange
- The store in case of an error from our side
